We have a strong quality assurance regime that ensures an excellent level of service is delivered across the board, irrespective of the service or project. This includes the provision of quality audits on the service delivery by its Quality Coaches, as well as any workshops, product updates and training by its Quality Coordinators.
Centrecom’s premises also include fully equipped training facilities which allow the provision of continuous Training Development programmes on a yearly basis. Centrecom deploys on average 60+ Customer Support & Specialised Training Programs every year, besides an average of 10,000 coaching sessions and audits being carried out yearly to ensure that its staff complement acquires and maintains the knowledge and skills required to deliver the best levels of service.
