During the 3rd edition for Malta’s Best in Business Award Ceremony Night organised by Malta Business Review, under the auspice of HE the President of Malta, Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, Centrecom was awarded with the Best Product and Customer Service Award.
The presentation of the Awards took place on the 30th November 2018 amidst the panoramic landscape of Wardija, at Castello dei Baroni and was set out to recognise the achievements of businesses in Malta in various categories. Malta’s Best in Business Awards program holds a unique status for being the only local business awards program judged exclusively by a panel of judges with a live Q&A session with each of the nominees.
When Mr Robert Spiteri, Group General Manager, was asked by the judging panel “How has Centrecom identified key factors such as team work and customer service, which have made it a success?” Mr Spiteri said “Growth is the result of working together. Being in the field for 30 years, we have learnt that the key factors of an organisation’s success are twofold: 1) its people and 2) its differentiating quality. At Centrecom we are not just a business, we are a family! By instilling in our employees a sense of ownership of the clients we represent, they become an integral part of the success of the team which in turn allows us to drive a culture that provides added quality service to our clients and our client’s customers.”

At the end of the ceremony, Mr Spiteri extended his thanks to the Directors, the Management and the entire Centrecom family for their commitment and hard work. He concluded by saying that “this Award is the result of our team’s dedication in making Centrecom a success story.”
